"On Thursday the 24th September, as part of Trinity College Dublin's Freshers' Week, the College Historical Society will be hosting an afternoon with musician Damien Rice to raise awareness of the environment while raising money for VDP (Vincent de Paul).
The afternoon will begin with students joining Mr Rice and others associated with the event in Dartmouth Square Park, where, at 12:30pm, the occasion will be marked by planting 32 fruit trees. This tree-planting is being co-ordinated by Peter O'Brien of EdenBee as part of an on-going project in the area."
Damien will be playing songs from his forthcoming new album in support of nature.

"Damien travels to Iceland early November to record and film new material in front of an Icelandic audience. The recording and filming session will take place in Reykjavik, in a undisclosed space which aims to create an intimate setting for Damien to perform his new material in front of live audience. He will also be playing some material from earlier albums as well as answering questions from the audience. There will be four exclusive recording sessions, over two days (4th & 5th November), and only 90 tickets will be available for each session. Ticket information to follow later."

Non vedo l'ora di saperne di più

Ma è l'album in support of nature o il fatto che lui canti??

Quello snobbone... non può fare un concerto per comuni mortali e punto? Senza troppi fronzoli e ricami?

L'album... più che altro voglio saperne di più sulle nuove canzoni... se sono canzoni che conosciamo già, se sono nuove-nuovissime, se sono quelle di Barcellona, se l'album in support of nature e l'album di duetti con melanie laurent e thomas dybdahl sono in realtà lo stesso album, quando esce l'album...
Insomma, se oggi al Trinity qualcuno chiede tutto questo, spero che presto sapremo anche noi le risposte

Ma ti pare? Mai una volta che quelli chiedano qualcosa di utile... o forse lui gli fa firmare con il sangue un impegno per il quale non comunicheranno mai a nessuno qualsiasi cosa di interessante che possano aver carpito.
